Key Offseason Acquisition: QB Marcus Mariota 

Marcus Mariota reunites with Arthur Smith after the two spent time together with the Tennessee Titans. Mariota had three straight 60 rush seasons during that time. Smith will look to unleash Mariota as a rusher, now that he’s no longer considered a “franchise quarterback”, the concern for injury risk is minimized more. The increased rush attempts open the offense with Mariota and Cordarrelle Patterson keeping the defenses guessing in space.
